A landmark in the city since 1963, the Madison building is connected to the beautifully renovated and remarkably dignified, Madison Hotel. Named after President James Madison, affectionately known as the "father of the Constitution" and the author of the Federalist Papers the Madison was named quite deliberately after this great President. The Madison Hotel has hosted every President since John F. Kennedy, as well as countless dignitaries and heads of state.
