BMW Direct, Inc. not only designs and manages the direct mail solicitations but also acts as a
consultant to its clients on overall fundraising strategy.
At BMW Direct, Inc., the details do matter. We provide the clients the information they
need on the back end so they can be informed and involved in their direct mail

- On-line, password-protected performance analysis report enabling you to see how your packages and
overall program are doing by showing net, response rate and cost. It also enables you to see individual list
performance. This report is updated daily
- Provided monthly is an accounts payable listing as well as a cash journal from the escrow agent showing all deposits and debits out of the account
- Provided monthly is a reconciliation of the the previous months performance broken out by category, i.e. postage, printing, mailshop etc.
